Our league meetings are open to all families, volunteers, and community members. Join us to hear updates, share ideas, and help shape the direction of Eastburg softball.
East Stroudsburg Softball Little League holds regular league meetings to discuss operations, fields, finances, planning, player experience, and upcoming league events.
Meetings are open to the public and include updates, discussions, and time for questions or community input. League meetings are typically scheduled for 2 hours. The Annual League Meeting is scheduled for 1 hour.
From October 2025 through September 2026, ESSLL league meetings are typically held on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:00–8:00 PM.
In addition, there is an Annual League Meeting planned as a one-hour session focused on league recap, elections (if applicable), and planning for the next board year.
