Indoor winter clinics focused on building confidence, mechanics, and softball fundamentals for East Stroudsburg Softball Little League players.
ESSLL winter clinics give players a chance to work on skills in a fun, supportive environment during the off-season. These sessions are designed to help players stay active, build fundamentals, and feel more confident heading into the spring.
Clinics are open to players of various ages and experience levels. Groups are typically organized by age and/or division so instruction can be tailored to where players are in their development.
Exact structure may vary by year and facility, but most winter clinics include:
Players should bring a glove, helmet (if they have one), bat (optional), athletic shoes (no cleats indoors), and water. Labeling equipment is highly recommended.
Winter clinic sessions are generally grouped by age and/or division to keep instruction focused and safe.
Exact age breakdowns and time slots are posted with each clinic registration, and may change from year to year based on enrollment and facility availability.
Winter clinics are typically held indoors at local gyms or facilities in the East Stroudsburg area. Specific locations, dates, and times will be shared on this page, through email, and on our social media.
Winter clinics are a separate program from the regular spring season. Fees help cover facility rental, equipment, and instructional costs.
If clinic costs are a concern for your family, please reach out privately to the league. ESSLL will never allow a girl to miss a season of softball because of finances, and we will do our best to work with families during clinics as well.
If your player does not yet have their own equipment, limited loaner equipment may be available at clinics.
If you have questions about whether a clinic is right for your player, age groupings, or registration, please email the league.
